Howdy, my name is Valeri and this August I will be celebrating my 10 years of professional piercing anniversary! I would like to give back to a cause for the furry friends in need of loving homes! If you follow my Instagram you will see that I gush often about Morty the Misfit whom was adopted from this organization and found the most amazing home. I follow a lot of animal organizations so it was hard to narrow it down to which I’d like to donate to, but it made sense to go with where Morty hailed from. For the month of August I will be running a piercing special of $10 off all piercings per customer . In order to take advantage of the discount I am asking you to donate $10 to this gofund me (basically the $10 that would originally be going to me will be going to this fundraiser).
Long Way Home is a 5013 non-profit organization saving animals regardless of age, health, or species. Some may be healthy pets in an over-capacity shelter, some may need serious veterinary care or rehabilitation, others may be considered "unadoptable" or difficult-to-adopt due to age. We prioritize helping Texas animal shelters first, over any other cases.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. Long Way Home Adoptables is a nonprofit organization that saves animals regardless of age, health, or species. In 2022, we expanded our mission to include more community outreach and service programs. We established permanent half priced military adoptions, free microchips, free nail trims, and low cost spay/neuter vouchers. In 2023, we hope to continue creating new and innovative ways to help our community, as well as continuing to save vulnerable shelter pets.
